Full payment is due 6th April 2026.

Once your deposit is paid, your balance invoice will be issued. You are welcome to pay via bank transfer in instalments, or settle the remaining balance of $2,499 in one payment. Please email a copy of your transfer confirmation to us.

Alternatively, you can pay the deposit via Bank Transfer. Simply email bookings@shejourneys.com.au and we’ll send you an invoice.

By booking a room on the She Journeys words, Shadows & Spice Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits are non-refundable. Retreat bookings come with a $500 non-refundable deposit, and the full amount becomes non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

Bookings are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to pass your spot on to someone else. Please email us at bookings@shejourneys.com.au with the new attendee’s full name, email address and phone number at least 7 days before the event.

Event details are subject to change. While we don’t anticipate any changes, we reserve the right to adjust event details (such as timing, location, or programming) if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

Photography & media: This event will be professionally photographed and/or filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being used for future She Journeys promotional material, online content, and social media.

Code of conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. Harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Age restriction: Due to alcohol being included in our drinks package and the nature of some of the activities on this retreat, guests must be over 18 years of age to attend.
